Summer Marlin WO

Working out, in addition to Elite's or your local club's practice, during the summer will significantly develop swimmers into real swimming studs. To assist swimmers whom wish to add to their summer training, Elite has posted pool workouts.

To get the most of the summer workouts, a swimmer needs to workout routinely. Thus, sticking to the routine is as important as actually working out!!! If possible, do a workout each day of the week (even on days you have a swim meet-remember, you are tough!) and rest on Saturday and/or Sundays!!!

Swimmers can also add to their conditioning by running and bicycling!

Good Luck. If you have questions, Wave Golds, Wave Blacks,  Wave Teals, Marlin Blacks & Marlin Teals should contact Leighann yan98@aol.com while Seniors and Senior Preps should contact Bill eliteswimclubnj@comcast.net
